"Small hotel to include a small room. Breakfast room also small and had to wait for seating. Nothing special here and poor value for the money. Would not want to stay again."

"The outside of the hotel is really run down. Granted they are doing a lot of construction, we had to park down the road because there wasn’t enough parking. The rooms are ok, but only one elevator was working so we had to wait a very long time to use it during multiple times. Staff was very courteous."

"Perfect for my needs. The Mint restaurant has delicious Indian food with a beautiful view. I was able to rent a kayak the morning I was leaving and they were flexible with check out time."

"It was a nice room with a beautiful location, and the pools were well maintained. However, the front desk was repeatedly grumpy whenever we had a question. Even saying good morning was met with an indifferent tone. For example, the washer didn't work (rinse cycle didn't work) and when I reported it in order to help the next person who would use it, they didn't seem interested and were put off. "Nice stay at this Holiday Express in Pittsfield. The staff were so polite and helpful, building looked brand new. My husband and I were happy with the gym equipment, the pool looked nice and clean as well. Excellent complimentary breakfast that went until 10:00. 😊 Definitely recommend!!!!"
