The ladies at the desk were very nice. The property was in a great location for my conference. The room had wear and tear. The elevators smelled like smoke. The pillows had a strange smell to them. AC Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown
Clean room, incredibly comfortable bed, great bathroom/shower. Third time staying here and will likely stay here again. Heads up on the parking, it is a city paid lot across the street from the hotel. $25 overnight.
