Got a suite which is definitely an upgraded room. Curtains were broken, phone didn’t work, and mirror was just set on the ground. Not a great experience

Omni William Penn Hotel
The hotel was great. Rooms were clean, the staff was amazing. The food was great as well. I had breakfast every day and Harris couldn’t have been better. He greeted me by name each morning and even remembered my order. I will be back

Etage Executive Living
One light was broken. The drawers did not close all the way. It was not the cleanest. The work out facilities were excellent. The size of the room and the staff were excellent. The location was excellent. I would stay there again.
