「Very good property with very clean rooms and information was clear all along the process. Great for families as it’s next to the main mall in Temuco」

「Family and friendly peoples」

「When I arrived at the property, the property managers overbooked the hostel (I was never given an official reason but the attendant said they could not find my reservation number at check-in) and I was forced to go to another hostel further away and with worse amenities. Before I was moved, I was also forced to pay a fee (they didn't tell me what it was for after I asked) that was more than double of the amount Expedia said I would be paying at check-in. With this in mind, I can not recommend...

「Everything was great except breakfast… it’s NOT buffet! They give you a small eggs portion and you can’t request a second one…」

「We had a lovely 5 day stay at the hotel. It has a 90s feeling and I lived it. Every corner has amazing views. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and stylish. I definitely recommend this place and would like to visit again」
