My room was big, but very cold, it's like they do not understand that these units are cold in the winter and need sufficient heat to keep the occupants warm. I should've just gone to holiday inn express, their units are always cozy no matter the weather.

Never ever again

the hotel is a typical mid-range hotel, ideal to stay in on the way south or north. Our bad experience had to do with the management's lack of attention to customer satisfaction. We wanted to book dinner for Valentine's Day, which we happened to be passing through on our way south. We just wanted to stay and eat in peace, as we were coming from a 800 km trip. It turned out that they wanted to force us to take a Valentine's dinner, which was horribly expensive and not at all attractive for us. In addition, we had already confirmed the hotel reservation, so we considered that denying restaurant service to hotel guests was absolutely unacceptable, and so we made it known. Finally, they agreed, but we had a hard time anyway. When greed forgets customer satisfaction, something is very wrong.

Dinner never arrived, wifi didn't work.

Went to the hotel for a 1 night stay for a business trip. I had to do some work on the computer and while checking in at the front desk, I tried to connect to the wifi without success, as the login portal kept saying "wrong credentials". The person in charge at the time said the following words: "oh, it's been happening to some guests for a while, you should just try again and it might work". I was quite shocked: this is a recurring issue, but nobody seems to do nothing to fix it. That was around 8:30PM. At 9:30PM, still trying to login to the wifi network without any success (and the captive portal didn't show any support phone number for help), I went downstairs for dinner at the lobby restaurant. It was already 10:30PM and no signs of any food that I ordered, and still no wifi, so I went upstairs to try with other devices: I had two Android phones, two Windows PCs and one iPad, none of them were able to connect. Fast forward to the next morning, before breakfast I check with the front desk if there is any estimate of when wifi would work. They had no idea, but said they could provide a device where I could use wifi at my room. By the time I left at 10AM there was still no solution and tons of work I wasn't able to do.
