"Hotel is overall clean. Staff was friendly at check-in and during our stay there was always someone at the counter. Location is a bit away from city center, but uber or taxi are very convenient and economical. Would stay there again if my trip requires high speed rail to/from TPE again. "

"My two night stay was fantastic. Very comfortable room with everything I need. Bikes available for use to explore the wonderful little town and great assistance by staff. Staff = Family ! A wonderful family I met. Everyone made my weekend stay so special. Even celebrated my 60th birthday with me! It’s a comfy place made more comfy by the family . Thank you all! "Great hot springs indoor and out plus sauna, room spacious, well equipped, comfortable bed. Evening meal at the Asian Fusion restaurant was a language challenge but staff were very helpful. Good location but obviously out of town and away from othef amenities. "
