「We loved the ocean view. So prestien. The beds were very comfortable. I didn't feel the room was very clean. The refrigerator only had 3 legs so it would tilt and the door wouldn't stay closed. The 6-1/2 flights of stairs with large bags in the heat with no help and no elevator was grueling.」

「We were unable to contact host. I message them and hotels.com several times. We did not receive the check in directions. The phone number did not work. We had to stay at another hotel. We would like a refund. 」

「I visited Jade Mountain Resort to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful—they gave us a tour of the property and decorated our room with balloons, making the celebration even more special. 「Quiet, intimate and stunning 360°views. Pool, room and every desire was attended to. Staff Carter, Paulina, Deleana, Sarah,Swedeah, Cornell, Ernie and Chris were all AMAZING. They arranged all our excursions, drivers and outside dining. Food was really colorful, fresh and delicious. Fresh cookies everyday in our room, on site activities what else does a couple need? Beach shuttle was perfect, we just wish we could stay longer. What a wonderful place to relax and see this beautiful island....

「I loved the view from the room, beautiful, and the personal balcony with the hammock. The room could've used a deep clean, but pretty clean to the naked eye. Casey was helpful, and ran me down to the store for there isn't any food close. The suites sits on very steep hills, so the use of a taxi is crucial. Their sign inside the suite says housekeeping everyday, but only received towels, and clean dishes 2x's out of 5 day stay. The numbers listed are not helpful when trying to reach someone, ...
