It is alway nice to have a fresh coffee or a bite before hitting the road. Our room was nice, good matresses, clean, white sheets. The location is good for short trips to the south coast (30 min to Lunenburg, 45 to Peggy's Cove)"

"Beautiful and clean room. Great location. Enormously comfortable bed! I truly loved the space. There were just a few things that prevented me from giving a full 5-stars. The shower ran out of hot water. The passageway to the doors of each cabin are elevated like a boardwalk, which looks very quaint but is a bit problematic because you either have to walk around the long way to get to your vehicle, or step off of the boardwalk, which is about a 4-foot drop (for my cabin, anyway), making it a little difficult to step on/off. If they were to install a small step beside the boardwalk, it would make a huge difference. Privacy is also a bit difficult. The cabins are very close to each other. The wifi info is in a link, which was a little problematic and took a long time to load due to my phone's poor signal. But it's all in all, a great stay."
