"Clean, reasonable and close by shops and restaurants."

"Rooms lacked cleanliness, especially the windows. We found some small plastic debris that got left behind, assuming when the floor was being vacuumed. The food in the dinning room could use major improvements. We found the food to be a bit greasy and not a lot to select from. We remember when eating at the Hyatt was a big deal. It’s sad to see the quality go down. "

The Valley Inn is my chosen destination. Take it from me , I live in the area and with the many others nearby none are like the Valley Inn. "EVERYTHING was excellent at Palm Garden hotel. The staff were courteous/helpful! The restaurant on property had excellent food, prices were reasonable and one could enjoy a wonderful happy hour every late afternoon! Bed in room was heavenly and I got great sleep and the room’s appointments were clean and spacious! I definitely will be going back to this hotel!"
