「Liked the manager at the desk. She bent over backwards trying to accommodate us. Did not like that our rooms were not ready. Arrived late in the day and our two rooms were not cleaned. Sat in the lobby for over an hour waiting for them to be cleaned.」

It was good that breakfast was available every day, but there should be a bit more variance in what is served if possible. 「Front desk staff pleasant and helpful. She is no-nonsense, but, I appreciate that. The outside property is clean with flowers and parking. Those almost Heaven views are quite special. The traffic on Oakvale can be heavy at peak times. The room itself was updated and absolutely charming! Coffee pot in room with coffee, microwave, refrigerator, cell phone charging dock to name a few amenities. Housekeeping will come in daily and tidy up; they do an amazing job and my room always smelled clean...
