Everything was as expected. The only thing I didn’t care for was the breakfast. Being a diabetic I wasn’t able to eat anything because it was only waffles and pastries and other forms of bread and bagels.

Room was relatively clean, but updated linens are needed there was a hole in the sheet. Also checking in the lady didn't know what she was doing kept having to re-enter info and my debit card, I asked if it would show more than once she said no. Of course it did, upon checking out I explained and was told by a tearful lady who was more worried about a personal phone call that she couldn't do anything, I would need to speak to manager tomorrow, when I'm 5 hours away. Do not recommend. Also the girl said it was "always a problem if you book through Expedia."

Parking was plentiful the rooms were clean but the pool was not clean. After the kids jumped in stuff started floating around..Hope they dont get sick from it..Also the front door sounds like its going to fall of the track but at least the elevator was working. It was very quiet there usually its noisy at night. Ladt time I stayed there I asked how you join the choice rewards and the front desk person told me he would help me with that but never did..This time the front desk person was at the desk when the elevator door opened and I was going to ask her about it and she disappeared before I got to the desk. No one was out there at the desk..When I walked out the door she was outside smoking a cigarette..I been staying here since 1988 but wonder if I should just start staying with family.

Everything was just as we needed for our stop. The carpets could use a good cleaning and the shower needed some updating. Overall the stay was good for the price! Would stay again.
