We needed a change of room and they facilitated it within minutes with a completely positive response. We stayed here on our way to NYC and then back again to MI. We'll stay here next time too! "I was nervous about staying here after reading some reviews, but im glad i did!!!! IT WAS SO CLEAN! From the lobby to my room. I stayed on the 3rd floor. Front desk workers were friendly and hospitable the entire stay. No bugs of any kind! Clean towels. My only 2 complaints - dont get the room right by the elevator, the ding is SO loud - my bed was quite hard which didn't make for a comfortable sleep, I prefer a bit of give to my mattress. Other than that, everything was great! Excellent value...
