「Our room wasn’t clean and there was evidence of a bug issue. Desk staff did move our room without issue and apologized but also asked if I had “used anything in the room” as if that was important considering the room needs to deep cleaned and treated. There don’t seem to be many great hotel options in the area. It was close to cedar point and the breakfast was okay altho the pancake machine kept having issues. Not the hotel’s fault but there was also a sports team of high school boys staying...

「I expected more from the resort. The mattress’s in our room were completely soiled and had to request another room. The mattress’s in the second room also had stains throughout it. I refuse to stay there again.」
