「It is a business place with a pretty great atmosphere! I loved the hot breakfast options. The pool was heated and indoors. I think they use salt water instead of chlorine and I enjoyed that. I stayed in a king suite with my friend the night before going to Cedar Point. It's a great location for that. We were fully rested after making the trek from Illinois. My room was quiet. 「There was food in the room by the bed that was not cleaned up when we got there. The remote was broken on the TV. The air conditioner was broken and after. It was fixed still didn’t seem like it worked. The TV at times didn’t work. There was no ice in the ice maker on our floor which they said would be fixed and it wasn’t. Also $20 a day to park seems a little steep to me when you’re already paying over $300 a night for a room.」

「We found bugs on the pillows, stains on the floors, we had to constantly go ask for clean towels. No one came to clean our room. Our keys had to be replaced twice and still didn’t work. Our sink was clogged and we told the front desk and they said they would have it fixed immediately and when we came back to the room it wasn’t done. The constant smell of marijuana and cigarettes in the halls was horrible. I will never stay here again and the owners should be ashamed.」

「The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating and went beyond the norm to make us feel comfortable. We knew based on previous reviews that this resort can be filled up with kids during tournaments, however we would always choose to go back here as the resort and staff make it all worthwhile. 「We made a trip this way to visit Cedar Point. This was a very clean family friendly hotel. We stayed three nights with two adults and three kids (15,13,11). Kids enjoyed the breakfast and large spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable and it was a great experience overall. We are returning at the end of the month to visit Cedar Point again and currently finalizing the dates and thinking of booking this hotel again as we had a great stay !」

「This is a nice boutique hotel but there is no parking. You have to park on the street. There is a rooftop bar so if you have a room on the 3rd floor it can be a bit noisey.」

「So the room itself was clean, cozy, and decorated nicely. I have zero qualms about the room itself. HOWEVER, this was one of the strangest places I've ever stayed at. The rooms (maybe 6 total) were attached to the rear of a Horse Betting Booth, a bar/restaurant, and a bowling alley. You literally have to check in with the restaurant hostess as there isn't any actual hotel staff. Just outside of the rooms were random offices as well.
