"The room was run down, old and in terrible condition. The carpet, furniture beds, and curtains were beyond cleaning. The room did not look like the pictures! There was no closet and the tv was not updated so no access to streaming services. The walls were so thin that you could hear people talking all night long and the wind felt like it was going to blow over the building! The pool area looked clean but we were too disappointed and felt unsafe walking around the property. We didn’t even get in the pools. Also, in the middle of the night we had loud drunk people try to get into our room thinking it was theirs. "

"The hot spa tubs were the best part! Very nice. Otherwise it’s very run down and dirty. The bed was super uncomfortable and the pillows were gross and lumpy. The whole property smells like an ashtray. "

"Regina was amazing. Wyatt was amazing. They made our stay great. The room was a perfect size for a family of 4. Would recommend especially if traveling to Joshua Tree, however, a tad bit far from the north entrance gate but closer to the West Entrance Gate "
