「Was tight with my truck and trailer but had room」

「Sorry to say but what we feel in our stay was: No customer or staffs support, no one present at the front desk, No electricity, no water, and no customer support from the phone or any media. Felt like trapped and scammed.」

「I stayed for 2 nights and got there at 1:30 pm the room was ready and they charged me $50 to check in an hour early that’s crazy considering there were only 3 other cars in the parking lot. I have never been charged anything to check in to hotel after 1pm if the room is ready. I hope charging an extra $50 for 1 hour early is worth someone never staying there again, where has customer appreciation and customer service gone???」

「When I arrived the key would not work, once I got a new one I walked in and the walls in the bathroom were not painted,the wallpaper had been removed. There were holes in the wall. A can of roach killer spray was outside the office door. I stayed for 10 minutes and returned my key and went home. I'll never recommend this motel at all. Please don't go. I was afraid of getting bed bugs or having roaches all over me.」
