Staffs were great and friendly
"Allison was the MVP of our trip! Since we had a family room, one side of the room didn’t have good WiFi reception, signals dropped often. I talked to Allison at front desk, she immediately followed up for me and after putting a extender the signal was much better. Overall the hotel staffs including pool staffs were very courteous and friendly. I also appreciate the dehumidifier in the room - make the stay more pleasant in this weather. I understand it’s an older hotel so the room isn’t in the greatest condition but we overall had a comfortable stay. "

Comfortable, clean, and spacious room for one
"The location was convenient—about a 6-minute walk to Jordan MTR station and around 10 minutes to the A21 airport bus stop. If you're travelling with both a large and small suitcase, it may take a bit longer due to the narrow streets leading to the hotel. There's also a 7-Eleven conveniently located just across the road.
The room had all the expected amenities, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. While the sheets were slightly scratchy, it wasn’t a major issue—just an area where a small improvement could enhance the overall experience."
