"The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the staff. They are very friendly and provided great service. The room are spacious but they need to maintained better. The shower tub is cracked and water is seeping in. The toilet seat is smaller than the toilet bowl and also misaligned to 1 side. The toilet paper holder is not fully secured to the wall. The underside of the sink is exposed. Long story short, the hotel room is very poorly maintained."

"I booked a "Study" room which was more expensive than the other rooms. It was advertised with a number of LARGE windows. However someone wrote me and asked if I would be OK to accept a single bed or a standard bed. This was crazy. I expected a bed not for the college kids despite the name of the room. I mentioned it to the check in clerk and he gave me the "STUDY" room which had a king size bed and with many windows, as advertised. What happened and why about the message before I checked in?"

Special thanks to Mr. Chuck & Ms Kiki, two of the staff members, whose sincerity, meticulousness and work efficiency were outstanding and deserve praise and reward from the hotel management. We also want to commend two staff members, one of whom is Ms. Karley Wai, but I forgot the name of the other. They were in charge of managing our room and were very responsible, polite, and sincere in their work."

"Easy location atop moko mall, lots of shopping and dining options and a nice grocery store as well as the aquatic market restaurant. Room is large with a separate shower + skinny tub +has an electric curtain in the bathroom window. Tele has limited english channels but was expected. Local restaurant mw is closeby and jampacked at all hours. Very fair priced"
