「The room was clean and overall my shirt stay was great. The only problem I had was checking in, I waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. I had to call the hotel to ask them to come check me in. 」

「Friendly reception and housekeeping. Clean rooms. Fluffy towels. Walking distance to Paragon Casino. The bed linens were clean but need updating. Lumpy pillows and old sheets. Bed was not made well. Bottom sheet not pulled tight. Upper sheet not folded back. Pillows just thrown onto the bed instead of being placed.」

「I think the best part about my stay was the friendliness of the staff, everyone I spoke to was so happy, even when I first checked in the two lady’s behind the counter were so cheerful, will more than likely be staying here again!」

「I attended a one week seminar in Alexandria which took place at a large hotel chain. Most people that attended stayed at that hotel which cost 55% more than the Red Roof. To their surprise, their rooms were only cleaned twice a week. Nothing special bu their lobby area. Red Roof was just remodeled professionally. The room was cleaned daily. My wife worked remotely and their WiFi was very strong. I was very impressed and obviously happy to save 55%. I would recommend highly.」
