「The staff person on duty at check in was unprofessional to say the least. The morning guy the next day was everything I would have expected, well groomed, welcoming and cheerful. 180 degrees difference which colored our experience. The hotel is somewhat dated but the room was comfortable and clean」

「Didn’t like not being able to check in upon arrival because we arrived at 2:30. Check in is 3:00. Desk clerk admitted room was ready but if we wanted to check in at 2:30 we had to pay an extra $35! The carpeting in hallways and room was in desperate need of cleaning. Charged $13 for services on top rate quoted. We had to chase down housekeeping to get a roll of toilet paper. Charged a fee for a resort . It had a pool!!! I will not stay again!」

「Very cute property. Love the idea. Rented a cabin, very comfortable. Definitely not meant to stick around in all day and relax but perfect for a short weekend with the intention of exploring the mountains. Our only ‘issue’ was that you can only get about 2 minutes of hot water and it took quite a while to hear back up for my partner to get a quick rinse in. Not really a super big issue if you’re prepared but a little alarming halfway through a shampoo. Overall, we’d consider this place again.」
