Place is clean and staff is nice but the breakfast lady was late and I had been waiting for them to open so i could get on the road. Since she was late i just bought something to eat at circle K and hit the road. Dissapointed.

AirPods went missing and were wiped which indicates they were not misplaced. Be careful and do not leave valuables in the room. I know it’s common sense but don’t make the same mistake.

Clean room with comfy pillow. Good breakfast and fun little bar in the lobby to hang out and meet some of the other snowboarders. Staff was excellent and the fresh cookies were great! This is my preferred place to stay in Pinetop.

Please read the fine print: Check in is exactly at 3:00pm or you will be charged an early check in fee. And there is a resort fee per day. Also, there is a bar on the property, but the bartender is unable to charge to your room (credit card or cash).

The staff were very friendly. There was a good variety of breakfast item, everything was fresh. A nice, but very small bar in the lobby area. Excellent location. The amenities were a bit lacking with only hand pump items for shower gel and shampoo, no conditioner. There was a pum for body lotion and hand wash. We were in room 101 which is directly behind the kitchen. Kitchen staff were working ealry and we could hear furniture moving and cabinets closing. Not the room to have if you want to sleep in. All in all, a nice place.

Check in was easy, staff was really nice and friendly. Indoor pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was really good with bacon , eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles and so much more. We will definitely be back.

We needed a pet friendly place and we marked the filters, however upon arrival and disclosure we were told they were not pet friendly. That needs to be addressed. Because of a service dog we were able to stay but that was due to a young man going above and beyond at the front desk. He text his boss. At check out, the older women at the front desk was upset when she realized....
