「This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!」

「First room smelled very musty with a sweet scent on top of it (I assume to mask the odor). Asked to switch rooms. The desk staff were very accommodating and the second room was fine. Furniture, carpet, etc. are in need of refurbishing and there are no amenities of the type that you expect from a Hilton hotel. A problem because the room charge was $345 for one night plus $45 for valet parking (no self parking on the premises). The hotel is very very well situated for walking to many...

「Main restaurant is closed. Rum Runners service and food was not good. Did not try Harry’s after 2 bad experiences at Rum Runners. Went next Beach was beautiful! 」

「The conditioner was empty, a dead cockroach was on the ledge when we looked out our window that went to foyer of the hotel not the outside. The bed was extreme uncomfortable, thin comforter and pillows were awful. 」
