Room was clean. Bathroom door... the door handle was installed backwards. You can not close the door fully or lock it. No Bathroom exaust fan or it was not working properly. Bathroom filled with steam thick. Minor cosmetic issues. But the front counter staff was kind polite and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

An old baymont turned into the Pinedale hotel and suites. Some remnants of the baymont remain and it has t changed much since we stayed there then. The lobby area is warm and inviting. Did have some mild plumbing issues but they were kind when it was reported. Comfy bed and that’s what really matters.

Nice staff. Hot tub and pool was nice. There was no heat in the hallways or our room. It took an hour to heat our room up. Probably won’t return in the winter time.

Great stay
We ended up staying 2 nights and we really enjoyed this hotel. Everything about it was good. Quiet, clean and the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed for 2 nights.
Loved how rustic this place was. Everything was great, including breakfast. The staff was helpful and friendly. We decided to stay an extra night and they were very accommodating.

We always stay here when we are in town. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are clean. We love to look at all the pictures of the local history. The breakfast bar has a great selection.

This hotel is very clean and the breakfast is great. But it could really use some updating. The carpet in the rooms needs replaced and the furniture is pretty neat up. But over all it’s a good place and we will stay there again.

A few days fishing in Pinedale area
Good amenities. Nice, modern rooms. Breakfast was adequate…reasonable selection but not always clean. Any housekeeping MUST be requested on whatever day you may need it. Would stay here again.

I wasn’t the one who dealt with stag at check in etc so I cannot comment on that. The footsteps on the upstairs floor were noisy around 6-8 pm and 8:30-10am but it didn’t bother me. Carpet had some stains but all in all it felt so much cleaner and fresher than the other 2 places I’ve stayed in pinedale that I was very happy.

Don’t count on pool and hot tub
Wonderful staff. The guy Tony wasn’t as friendly but the girls were. Hot tub didn’t work and there were flies in it. Pool area was dark and the lights didn’t work. Seems like they were in the process of updating stuff. Breakfast was a fiasco as there was a bus of people. There was no place to sit and they kept running out of stuff. The girl working was really hustling though.
