「L'hotel è molto pulito e la camera era letteralmente enorme! La posizione ottima vicino a tantissimi locali e il parcheggio è sempre disponibile. La colazione per me è stata discreta perché almeno i pancake me li sarei aspettati in un hotel americano. Ad ogni modo lo consiglio per tutti quelli che intendano soggiornare a Potsdam.」

「We wanted a quiet weekend away and Potsdam was certainly the place! Pert House was QUIET! It was beautifully re-done, there were plenty of amenities in the kitchen, and it was easy to get in and out of. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, snacks, and drinks. 「Staff very friendly. TV remote didn't work and I called the owners and they texted me right away. When they got home, the owner texted me to make sure it was fine to come over and he put new batteries in and check to make sure it works. Love the Farmhouse design and room was cozy and comfortable. Bed was comfortable but very squeaky when I moved around. Otherwise, love everything about this place. Convenient to get to stores and dining. Quiet and lots of lights. 」

「This an older motel but the owners have put a lot into the furnishings, window treatments & decor. It is also very clean. They also have a small area where you can have coffee along with some breakfast items in the morning. Would definitely stay there again. 」

「My stay was wonderful!! We were in town for the 4th of July to view the fireworks in Alex Bay and this was the closest hotel I could get. While we wanted to do a little sightseeing, I so wish I could have had more time just to spend watching the river, utilizing pool and cooking out on the grill. We did use the firepit, which was great, just don't forget the bug repellent!!! They loved my Pennsylvania skin!!
