"Not sure what everyone's complaining about. It does need updating, but it was very clean and comfortable with a nice staff. Perfect for what I needed. Area was quiet, seemed safe and the police station was right next to the parking lot. Win/win"

"We had a few problems with the hotel. When we asked about more toilet paper we were told to ask Expedia. How could Expedia get us more toilet paper? We had a triple bunk bed but the ladders were against the wall. When I booked the room it showed three double bed but no bunk beds."

Jun 29, 2019Massena has really gone down hill. Businesses closing.Drugs rapid. People flocking away from area. Kids have no choice but to leave to find a decent job. Nothing like it was when I was growing up there.

May 25, 2019It's in the middle of nowhere, coming from CT!! It's a gorgeous trip through the State Forest but keep to the speed limit! There are NY troopers who will stop you for speeding.... trust me. Make CERTAIN you have a FULL tank of gas before you go.
