「A+」

「The only thing I like was the cleaning lady’s. They were so nice a md helpful and made sure our stay was good. But the ladies in the front had an attitude and were not nice. The pool was not heated at all」

「Very clean room. Staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay again.」

「Great」

「Great hotel for business travelers, but: The "free airport shuttle" doesn't run when you actually may need it! Sunday 10/25 I was told by front desk staff "it would be available anytime Monday" Monday, they told me, at 5:45am, "Sorry, no shuttle until 8am". There is no central ice machine. My room had a refrigerator with an ice maker, but it took an hour for decent cubes to come out. The hotel is in a 'dead zone', nothing to do nearby, walking distance. I'm a tourist, my mistake.」

「Better than expected!」
