"Room was very outdated, no house keeping for the days we were there, coffee for breakfast was cold. I will not stay at this location again… ever "

"We didn’t use the gym or pool so I can’t speak about those amenities, the elevator could definitely use an update the carpet was grossly stained and the walls were written on. We chose the hotel because it was close to the concert we were going to and “check in” is at 2pm, we tried checking in a little after 4pm and the customers infront of us as well as the ones behind us all had to wait for our rooms to be cleaned still. We had to wait for the front desk women who was clearly overwhelmed to ride the elevator up check which rooms were going to be ready the soonest to book us into THAT room, the organization was just terrible an there HAS to be a better system. The condition of the lobby and hotel in general were both good, but staffing, organization, and management needs work."

"Suited our needs for a quick night stay over while traveling out of state. Rooms are older but cleaned well, very good breakfast selection, friendly and helpful staff. Front lobby, doors, parking lot, exterior could use a refresh."

"Booked a room but upon arrival no room was available. Refund wasent until 5 to 6 weeks or so later which left me without a place to stay and stranded in that area without funds to obtain a new place "

"Our guest did not end up staying the night. While she was checking in , the front desk was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Our guest initially checked in and noticed her room was not clean - the toilet didnt flush, the faucet was broken and the lights were flickering. The front desk did refused to give their name and accused our guest of creating these problems. Front desk refused to check it out and see for herself. "

"Good price but room smelled over clean from cleaning products. Was a little difficult to find comfortable night sleep. Needed fresh air. Friendly staff and great off highway location."
