「Our first post lockdown trip within the country. We accidentally booked the accessible room. Staff was very helpful and changed to another normal room for our 4 night stay. 「The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The facilities in the room are well thought and every thing are provided with the highest quality. The location of the hotel is perfectly locate in the heart area of the old towns. My wife and myself enjoyed a wonderful stay in Edinburgh.」

「The courtyard area is lovely. However they play canned music out there much of the day, so if your room faces the courtyard, as ours did, then you can hear it. I did not notice any soundproofing inside the hotel either (ie, hallway noise and noise from the floor above). The restaurant is lovely, great breakfast and nice bar upstairs. Outstanding location!」

「We only stayed one night, so overall is good and the staff are helpful and you have variety choices of breakfast. There is small issue of the socket, light, and clog drain in the wash basin, but since we only stayed one night so would reflect to ibis directly.」
