"I was there in the off season in Autumn, and so it's a bit hard to judge atmosphere as the village was very quiet. The staff were friendly and the room we stayed in was spacious enough. Our room's front door opened straight to the outside, which would make for easy access to the room if coming in off the snow during Winter."
