This is an historic old building. See yesteryear - though don't expect the latest. It is history not modernity!

Its very old and out dated. The staff are trying their best but the property is in desperate need of renovations and upgrades.

Found the linen was not changed over as kids found hairs around sheets. Terrible. No apologies from staff when mentioned.

Well it was a roof over your head and that's about it. Dinner was linited(45 only) so we missed out. Internet wasnt working. Limited amenities ie no fridge or tv and not enough power points(not hygiene to boil the kettle in the bathroom) and the other power point was at the door. One of the lights didnt work... This was Room 20. Breakfast is what saved them, that was good.

Great location Excellent staff and hosts Food was excellent A really wonderful family friendly place, nice and close to the snow with heated pool and steam room Will definitely be coming back again
