I felt the carpets needed cleaning especially with some guests having their pets. I simply expected more for price and location. Staff did not go above and beyond to accomodate. "

"The hotel was going through a renovation. It will probably be great when its done, but the rooms needed some work, the bed wasnt very comfy, due to the renovation there was no breakfast (part of the reason we chose the hotel), the fitness center was a nice size but of the 3 treadmills - only one worked but the elevation buttons didn’t work quite right."
