「此酒店兩年前入住過，得到良好印象，因此這次再與全家及介紹友人入住。但到達酒店後遇一黃髮三四十歲女工作人員，態度非常不友好，告訴我們酒店原本的代客泊車服務不存在了，讓我們自行將車泊去遙遠的公眾停車場。我們正因此酒店有此服務所以我們一行才於四個月前預訂了三間房并當時付費的。而且在我們到達酒店才得知，事前沒有任何通知。我們堅決反對並據理力爭，經過反覆交涉才爭取回我們應有的泊車權利。酒店的其他員工態度很好，唯那黃髮前台服務員態度怪異失常令人不解。使酒店原本良好印象打了折扣。 wong hurk marn」

「The hotel is like a hidden gem. Exterior looks a bit ordinary but everything inside is of very high standard. The room is spacious and well decorated with modern and well equipped bathroom. Location can’t be better. It’s one minutes walk to bus terminal for our day trips to nearby towns. And it’s right next to the escalator leading to the historical center of the city. Service is excellent. Andrea at the recent is just excellent. He is so helpful and friendly 」

「The reception and service staff were very friendly, helpful, and kind. The rooms are clean and very spacious. I was delighted to learn that Pope Saint John Paul II slept in this place when it was still a religious site. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, this is not for you. If you want a place that is clean, comfortable and offers peace and tranquility near Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Spello, … this place is perfect! It also has parking on site.」

「Outstanding location , with breathtaking views of Umbria from atop of the hill on which the small town of Bettona is located . During the 13th and 14th centuries the hotel was a hospital and an orphanage . Wasn’t thrilled with the restaurant , but that of course is a matter of taste. All in all , I enjoyed the 3 night stay , using it as a base to visit Perugia (30 minutes drive) and Assisi (also 30 minutes). Just plan the parking locations near the major sights , otherwise , it’s an arduous...

「The location was ideal for my family, close to restaurants and the sites but not crowded. The room was a good size. The shower was a bit small and needed some repair as the water kept leaking out of the basin. The door is a bit loud and you can hear people coming in and out of their room because of the loud clicking. The maid service was great as we definitely needed fresh towels and a dry bath mat. Overall good for two nights in Perugia. 」
