the hotel is good. So clean. The receptionist is not welcoming. Asked for a map and she’s not nice. My mom has a mobility issue, I asked them initially if they have elevator and they said, only few steps. it’s not. it’s about 20 steps. above all, you cannot leave your luggages for free, you need to pay €5 euro per bag, even a backpack. if I’m not mistaken, the receptionist’s name is Flor

Property across the road from train station. 50 m to train and bus stop. Room clean. Bathroom clean. Facilities ok. You get what you paid for. Stayed in early December. Heating was turned off at around 9 pm until around 6am. Not a perfect situation. Otherwise happy with stay.

Very small hotel right across the street from the train station. The owner was very friendly. The only issue was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work. We were able to easily get a cab at the train station. The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was adequate.

A truly excellent hotel in terms of value for money, service, cleanliness, decor and transport links. It's a two star, but I suspect if it had a lift it would rank higher. There are only three floors in total and there was a stair lift, if needed, for suitcases etc. The owner is a lovely, friendly and helpful lady and the hotel is directly opposite the train station for Assisi with frequent buses to the old town. I would highly recommend thus hotel.

Very friendly lady was running the place. Right across from the train station. Great location and the room was clean. The only problem was the private washroom was down the hall from our bedroom-- so at night you have to unlock the door, walk down the hallway and unlock the washroom. That was a bit of a pain. The washroom was clean too.

The receptionist was unfriendly and unprofessional. There are no employees at all at this hotel after 12 noon. Very strange empty atmosphere like during COVID. I also heard too many doors slamming shut loudly during the 2 nights there

Check in tumultuado - Tratamento descortês

Em frente a estação de trem de Assis (100 metros). Hotel bem cuidado e com acomodações em ótimo estado. Bom café da manhã. Houve um desencontro no check in (chegamos um pouco antes do horário (tínhamos avisado com antecedência - e-mail) e pretendíamos apenas deixar as malas no hotel (existe taxa para isso), para iniciar o passeio pela cidade, enquanto o quarto ficava pronto, contudo a recepção estava fechada. Chamamos mas não houve resposta (interfone....). Subir o primeiro lance de escadas, pois, havia movimento no primeiro andar (arrumação de quartos). A pessoa que estava lá, ficou extremamente chateada e foi, no meu modo de ver, bastante grosseira. Apesar de ficar tudo resolvido, posteriormente, penso que o tratamento deveria ter sido bem mais cortês. Voltando a Assis, não pretendo me hospedar lá novamente.

Handy position for station.

Hotel is opposite station. Very handy. Our train was cancelled due to a strike. So needed somewhere just ti stay the night. We booked around mid day and just walked over intending to leave our luggage but room was ready. So we’re able to use the room.

Gostei. Bem pequeno, silencioso, quarto com espaço suficiente mas o não. Espaço muito pequeno para tomar banho. Uma pessoa com uns quilos a mais não caberia lá. Localização excelente! A estação ferroviária em frente, ônibus circulares para o centro de assisi paramcem frente. Tem um comércio bom em volta e TB um McDonald's a 50 metros . O café da manhã todo dia o mesmo . Falta mais frutas. . Mas o suficiente para um bom café da manhã. Há as escadas! Quem tem mala grande iria sofrer pois todos os andares são por escada. E ela é um caracol. Quando é reta as pernas dorn menos. Não tem portaria 24 h. Não tenho certeza mas acho que é até às 3p.m.Mas no mais recomendo! Principalmente praxquem viaja com mala a bordo.

Ótima localização!

Hotel bem enfrente da estação de trem de Assisi. Dá pra ir ao centro de Santa maria degli Angeli a pé aonde tem varias lojas e restaurantes. O ponto de onibus tbem é na frente para ir a Assisi ! Local tranquilo e seguro.

A escolha desta estadia se deu por conta das boas avaliações dos usuários. Apesar de não estar em Assis, mas ao lado, a responsável, Flor Rocio, se desdobra em proporcionar tudo o que o hóspede precisa, com indicação do ônibus até o centro de Assis, sugestões de restaurantes conforme o gosto ou vontade. Muito satisfeito. Quando retornar a região, já sei onde vou ficar. Supor recomendo.

Adorei o hotel, tudo muito limpo, muito clarinho, confortável, lençóis macios, toalhas macias, café da amanhã maravilhoso com mtas opções, localização excelente bem em frente à estação de trem e da parada de ônibus que leva até o centro histórico. A Sra Rossio foi mto gentil e atenciosa. Eu ficaria la novamente com certeza.
