Breakfast buffet food was cold in a soulless room. Staff more interested in laying up for lunches. Woken 5am by rubbish collection outside our window. Spa want to charge you for towels so you have to take from your room. Disappointing hotel in a great location. Seem more geared to large groups

Decent hotel, but there is lots of room for improvement. -Towels by the pool -Fresh juice for breakfast -Iron & irondesk for rooms Staff is friendly and rooms are clean.

Great hotel at the gates of Assisi with easy parking (beware of tight parking spots, rent a Fiat!) Beautiful terrace on top floor for sunset watching. Assisi 10 min bus ride away, bus leaves from right outside the hotel every 40nin. Loved it!

The views are amazing, the rooms are great, the restaurant has a great view. The hotel is beautiful and close to the walkable area of assisi. I enjoyed the walk to the entrance of the old city but for the return I was too tired to walk. So I took a 5 min cab.

Beautiful Facility

A beautiful facility, with friendly staff. A bit outside Assisi, in a beautiful wooded area. I walked or took the bus to get into the city proper. Lavish breakfast included with the room. Beautiful indoor heated pool. Highly recommended!

Hotel needs a refresh. Indoor pool on a property this beautiful is a shame as who wants to be inside when the sun is shining? Also, charging 3,50€ for towels and a shower cap is what your expect from a lower class resort. Parking was good.

Our room was very comfortable and we had a good night sleep. The restaurant was a little different. It was like a cafeteria, bright lighting and a little sterile. The food was similar to buffet style. It was okay. We like good food so we can be a little more subjective .
