"The Courtyard Marriott Dallas Downtown/Reunion District is in a great location. You can see Reunion Tower from the rooftop and even from some of the rooms, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself was very clean, and Macrina at the lobby bar was especially friendly and welcoming. The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and more. The Union Station Dallas is literally across the street, making it extremely convenient for getting around. My only complaint was housekeeping. During our stay, they did not make the bed—they only provided fresh towels, emptied the trash, and replenished the toilet paper. The bathroom was not cleaned at all; the countertops, floors, and shower were left untouched. I’m not sure if this is standard for a short (2-day) stay, but it was disappointing. Overall, the hotel is great, and I would still consider staying here again on my next trip to Dallas."

"Hotels.com stated room came with balcony but when i arrived front desk said that hotels.com advertised incorretly. No balcony room showed was booked by reference number. Hotel staff was rude when helping me about issue. "

"It was right across from the At&t Discovery district. , however parking less desirable. Had problems with Tv.. couldn't get ahold of anyone fix it."

"We enjoyed our stay for our Anniversary weekend. We enjoyed the skyline view from the room we booked. The rooftop bar and pool was very nice."

"Our stay really wasn’t that bad. The problem was, even though Hotels.com said there was 3 rooms available when we booked, when we got there, the hotel had already sold the rooms. So we had to wait over an hour for them to fix their mistake before we could check in. "
