Everything was wonderful for our stay. Only thing is I wish there was a broom and some basic cleaning supplies. I know there's cleaning crew that comes but I like to leave things how they were and you never know when you may need those things. But it's a beautiful clean place with a great view. Highly recommend.

Jacuzzi tub didn’t work steam shower didn’t work fireplace didn’t work. Beds were uncomfortable. But everything else was good.

Clean and spacious. Thin walls and loud from above on lower level. Driving up to the place and parking not super. Overall good enough for what I was looking for.

This unit was new and was a perfect location for an affordable large family vacation. It was new inside and the commons area was great for family dinners and movies.

Loved the pool table in the unit-it was fun Very clean and well stocked-just brought our food and clothes! Plenty of space and amazing pool/rec area

The property was not ready. We were outside in the rain trying to open the door. Batteries were dead. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone because it was after hours. A young girl got us help finally. Washer and dryer don’t operate. Found that out after clothes washed. Fireplace is for decorating only. Just not very good stay!

Not bad, not great
The location is central to Pigeon Forge activities. Property is located off main road up a slight hill which is great for noise control and nice view of mountain. The property itself was clean and quiet. The condominium was practical and needs a little help. The sink is clogged so if you let water run for 30 seconds, it will fill the sink and take a minute to go down. The bathrooms similar but not as bad. The bathroom nearest entrance scared me when it came to the shower because it will shake and rattle loudly unless you turn it all the way up hot first. Thought it was about to burst. The fitted sheets on both beds had dog hair on them and so did the pool table. Nice that it dog friendly, but clean with sticky brush or similar to pick up dog hair. Other than that, the property is nice for our 3-day stay.

One of the best places
One of the best places I've stayed before, super close to all the attractions, the price was right, the place is spacious and modern, the view amazing, and the on site groundskeeper is a very helpful and knowledgeable all around great guy.. I will be back for sure,,,

Great Except Floor Plan
This property was in the middle of transferring ownership so there was a bit of confusion at first. Things turned out great and Josh, the property manager, was very helpful. The only issue we had was that all 3 bathrooms in the 4 bedroom unit were in a bedroom so the person stayin in the one bedroom without a bathroom had to go through someone's room. This would have been ok for a family but for a business trip it was really inconvenient. The unit needed a community bathroom with access from a public area.

The floors need work with the cleaning, dead insects on the floor and the couch smells like pee- needs to be steamed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location. Off the beaten path but close to activities and restaurants.

Hard to find. When we found our condo, the lock didn’t work and we couldn’t get in. Were on 2nd floor but requested and told we would be on 1st. (Difficulty climbing stairs) very unsatisfactory.

We liked the location and the communication with the property management. The response from the onsite manager was very prompt and friendly. He quickly got us the items our unit was missing. We were caught off guard upon arrival when our assigned unit was under construction. The management apologized and they quickly reassigned us to another unit. The unit was generally clean. The couches are needing replacing and the air vents definitely need cleaning/replacing. The kitchen was not stocked for 8 guests as advertised. The onsite manager quickly obtained what we needed for our stay. The TVs could use updating. Master bedroom remote did not work and the bunk room did not have a remote. We had to use the emergency door code during our stay rather than having a personalized code... a little uncomfortable but we did not have a problem. In summary, we had what we needed for our stay. It was basic but met our needs. We would probably not stay here again unless we couldn't find something better for the same price.

Location was great however the condo was not the cleanest. I don’t know that the floors have been mopped as we ruined our socks and was unable to walk around without shoes on from the dirt. Beds were not very comfy, furniture could use some updating, extra linens and towels would have been great. No wash cloths, hand towels, dish towels were provided. Luckily there is a washer and dryer close for use for free so we were able to wash our towels to re-use but had to wait for the availability of the washer and dryers as they are for the whole complex. Very limited dishes if you plan on cooking/eating in. We stopped at the DG to grab paper products as there was only one dishwasher pod and nothing to clean dishes with. We did have someone walk into our unit while we were home which was odd, we had to contact the office our first day leaving as the batteries went dead on the door lock so we were unable to lock the door. We were gone most of the time and ate out mostly as it was cheaper since we had limited sources for cooking in. Overall we enjoyed our time in the area, lots to do.

Very roomy and comfortable. Accommodated our family of five very well. Did have issues with the Wi-Fi working and cellphone service was hit or miss. Despite that, I would recommend this place.

Trailhead Condos-great value, great place to stay.
The trip to Sevierville/Pigeon Forge was for a collegiate golf tournament. We have stayed in the Trailhead condos two straight year. The place is clean, comfortable and close to everything. We had one issue with our keypad initially not working upon arrival and it was fixed within minutes. The management company is easy to work with, pleasant and good to deal with.
