The Norma Dan motel is a nice older property with awesome staff!!! Sooooo clean and it did not have that normal hotel room smell when you open the door to room. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our room was clean and worked well as a place to rest after Dollywood. I would note that there is smoking permitted throughout the property, so even our non smoking room smelled of smoke when the vent in the bathroom was on. The staff was friendly.

We thought we were getting the option to have a balcony and be able to see the mountains, but were told at check in they keep them for their regular customers, the place was dead. We stayed 3 days and left on Friday, it was a little busier. But the had plenty of balcony rooms.
