「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area.
The room was however covered in mold and as a result we became sick, so sick we were unable to even move to another room. I really hope they took care of the issue as they said they would.」
