The hotel was a little old and needs some fixing up but it was in a good location and the check in was fast and the clerk was very friendly and if you going to spend a couple of days in pigeon forge it is just fine

Nice and cold in the room sheets clean, need bigger towels would like too see better water pressure but over all good job.

The hotel is in a convenient location, the bed was comfortable, the staff is friendly and easy check in. A bit noisy with people walking by the room, not much sound insulation. Rooms are pretty outdated, newer laminate floors but were dirty, tub had cigarette burn, room had a musty smell. Overall for the price, on a holiday weekend, if you are on a tight budget, an ok place to stay. Would not want to spend more than 1-2 nights there.

The first thing I noticed was the smell. It was not a clean smell at all. We opted not to stay there. We asked the desk for a refund, they denied. Would not answer calls from my number OR Expedia when they tried contacting on my behalf. When I blocked my number, they answered. When they found out who was calling, they hung up.
