The staff were extremely welcoming as soon as we arrived. The entrance is a bit busy as there is a lot of pedestrian traffic coming to The Island so I found it easier to use valet parking. The hotel’s location was great for everything in pigeon forge. Happy it was pet friendly. Check in was very slow on a very busy weekend maybe they were short staffed. I had called the day before to see about a check in at 3 an hour early which was confirmed that was ok for $25 extra for the hour. ...
