「Great location! Great check-in via phone...we were walked through to our key pick-up and room! Room is basic for 2 people with on-suite bathroom (not all tooms have this but do have private hall baths.) Cute newly done bathroom, and continental breakfast included. Located less than 5 minute walk to one of Lucca's portas. Very convenient! And host is very friendly!!!! 」

Staff are nice and helpful on giving information and advice, e.g. Elena is hard-working and problem-solving. Manuela cooks for guests' breakfast. Paolo drove me to the train station when he saw my big luggage and knew that my backbond suffered from pain. 「We spent our honeymoon here as we were married in San Miniato. The staff was wonderful especially Laura! There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding. We will definitely make this a priority to our next visit!」
