The hotel is a 1970s building that has not been completely modernised but functions perfectly well. The staff are friendly and efficient and the hotel is well cared for. The pool area is particularly attractive. Car parking can reach capacity but is needed because on street parking is charged 24 hours a day. The hotel is situated in a very pleasant neighbourhood.

i would like to thank Max (hotel manager) and his team for thier professionalism and for going out of their way to make our Vacation in Versillia a very enjoyable time. Max upgraded our room when the original room was not available. The bar service and breakfast was excellent. The pool was great and the staff are all amazing. Max gave us a personal ride to the train station after the taxis canceled. well done! Grazie Mille

Good hotel that's shy of great

During our staying the hotel pool was under construction which was a bit of a shame as it was this was not listed on their site or profile. Additionally the breakfast was a bit lacking too especially if you are vegetarian. Other then that, the hotel staff have been amazing, helpful and always welcome you with a warm smile.

Pick another hotell

They did not let us eat lunch at the Hotel Restaurant, because we did not have a reservation. We where upgraded to sea view when we checked in without a charge but when we checked out they wanted us to pay for it. They where very angry with us when we said no as it was free of charge. We asked for a taxi and they did not even try to book a cab, they said it is unavailable. Overall very rude staff.

Das Zimmer hat mir sehr gut gefallen, einfach zum Wohlfühlen; besonders dass es ein separates Abteil für Koffer und Kleidung gab war prima. Ebenso schön war das edle Bad und der Balkon mit Meerblick. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Man konnte das Fenster nicht geöffnet halten wegen der Maschine, die den Pool reinigte oder irgend ein Gebläse???. Das war störend. Sonst alles fein!

Siamo già stati in questo hotel e confermiamo il nostro giudizio. Ottimo hotel. Personale cordiale sempre presente e puntuale nel soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Colazione abbondante ma leggermente sbilanciata verso i “dolci “. Un po’ più di cura per il salato sarebbe il top. La cena varia e dí ottima qualità. Housekeeping ottimo. Bravi ci avrete ancora.

L’accueil était super, les gens à la réception super gentil. Par contre le personnel au restaurant vraiment pas accueillant, ça s’engueule devant les clients, on attend sans indications… On voulait manger au restaurant le soir, mais il était complet, on s’est fait mettre dehors et super mal accueilli. Personne ne nous avait dit de réserver pour le resto de l’hôtel. Et les chambres étaient propres, par contre ne correspondait pas aux photos et nous avons hériter des anciennes chambres avec du vieux mobilier.
