「My wife and I had a truly amazing experience at the Ojai Rancho Inn. Upon driving in you see a rustic but charming motel. Once you walk in your room you are greeted by a well curated, well equipped room (comfy bed, A/C, hot tub etc). Exploring the inn further you will find a really cool little bar called the Chiefs Peak next to the swimming pool. All the staff were super friendly and lovely. 「Overall we had a very unpleasant stay there because there are many (thousands) ants in the room. Everywhere from night stand to bathroom. When we complained about this, we didn't receive room-change service or complete/partial refund. Considering how much it costed, I rated the stay as the worst experience ever in my life. 」

「The beach is very close and the hotel rooms are large, making it very suitable for a family vacation. The only problem is that there is no place to flush when you come back from the beach.」
