「Was continently located as to where we were visiting」

「The place was well maintained. However, I advised the person in the reception that my mother will have difficulty going up and down the stairs and I was given the deaf ear. We managed being stuck in the 2nd floor with no elevator but just ignoring what was stated was poor customer service in my part. She didn’t want to have her breakfast because of this situation.」

「The TV service was bad. Remote was useless could not access channel's direct on numbers and could not turn off cloes captioning.」

「Room key kept resetting, had to visit front desk 4 times to reset the key card to get access. Headache when told it should work and it didn’t. Overall, service and staff was friendly.」

「I would recommend this property highly. The decoration is soothing and rustic, the rooms are very nice and breakfast gives a variety of choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only down item is the height of the stools in the bathrooms, they are very short. My 5' 2" companion said that she felt like she was sitting on a child's potty and I am considerably taller & felt like my knees were up under my chin. I am a senior and I had trouble getting off the toilet when I was finished.」

「Clean hotel and simple, contemporary/modern design. It included breakfast in the a.m. and bottled water. I was only disappointed that for blocking several rooms for our wedding, they didn't upgrade us to a suite or make any additional effort to make their hotel/services stand out during our stay..on our wedding night.」
