「We were in Columbus for the car auction. The hotel room and hotel property was filthy. There were no towels. There was no pool. There was no breakfast. The property had overflowing garbage containers, animal excrement was piled in the common areas, x-rated toys were laying around in the walkways. If it wasn’t so disgusting I would have taken pictures. The front desk staff was indifferent, noncommittal, barely spoke English. We just wanted to GET OUT OF THERE! I have stayed at hotels...

「Bathroom door creacked, needs some oil, 2 different color water stains on floor under watertank. Should have been noticed and cleaned and of course addressed weeks ago. Limited supplies of soap and toilet paper Had to ask front desk for such. Windows were fogged ( needed to be replaced,) i was charged $200/ nights for 2 nights. This valiber hotel should be around $89, not $200. Very disappointed」

Told that the only room available had no working water. Had a headache the 2nd night due to sound. Our room also had uncomfortable bed just sitting on top of wood box. No springs. Someone had wrapped their panties around the smoke detector. I also reported that and it was not removed by housekeeping, our room was not...
