"The staff was nice. I won't use this site to book if we stay again. We had the squeeky bed in the diagonal room. The other rooms looked better. Book with them. Beautiful surroundings. Dinner was awesome and breakfast was great, with made to order eggs. Cooked correctly. (That's hard to find) No fan I guess and so that means open windows. Summer can get hot!"

The good customer service truly made our stay exceptional; the staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel boasts some of the best facilities I have ever visited. We stayed in a beautiful, well-appointed room that was both comfortable and stylish. The amenities are top-notch, including: Tanning areas perfect for soaking up the sun. A relaxing spa that offered a tranquil retreat. Atmospheric swimming pools that were clean and beautifully designed. Overall, this hotel is worth every single cent. It truly is a magical place that we can't wait to visit again."
