Don’t think twice and just book this hotel. The location is wonderful, views beautiful, staff are lovely, food is incredible. One of the best breakfast buffets we have had. We booked half board and the dinner each night was over the top delicious. Kids loved the pools and enjoyed the kids club. Will return!

Das Hotel Berghof hat einen sehr schönen rundum gelungenen Wellnessbereich mit Panoramabergblick und Outdoorpool. Der Check-in war früher möglich und nach Nachfrage war sogar ein Umzug in das Haupthaus möglich, da ich die Zimmer im anderen Haus nicht so modern und sehr dunkel fande. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr ruhig und mit schöner Bergkulisse. Das Abendessen war geschmacklich für mich leider nicht gelungen und durch meinen sehr unhöflichen Kellner mit kurzen schwarzen Haaren (leider nicht nach dem Namen gefragt) ein absoluter Reinfall - es fing an mit meiner Bestellung, die genervt und ungeduldig entgegen genommen wurde, das Hotel bietet verschiedene Menüs an wo man auswählen darf. Dann ging es weiter mit einem gestressten beim schnellen Vorbeigehen „schmeckts denn“ (da war das Salatbufett auf dem Teller). Das I-Tüpfelchen war als alle Gänge am Tisch serviert wurden, mein Kellner sagte „dann kann ich jetzt die Rechnung fertig machen“ gerade so dass ich das Wasser noch austrinken konnte wurde ich fast vom Tisch verwiesen. So eine derart aggressive fast beleidigende Art ist mir in meinem Leben noch nicht passiert. Sehr schade für so ein tollen Hotel, dennoch hatte ich den Eindruck das alle anderen Kellner und vor allem die Rezeption ein sehr gut geschultes und sehr aufmerksames Personal war.

Loben möchte ich das Personal des Hotels. Hervorzuheben ist besonders Frau Lily, die im Service arbeitet. Stets präsent und sehr aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein! Äußerst unpraktisch sind die Teekännchen mit der Form eines Schiffsbuges. Bereits bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt stellten wir fest, dass es nicht möglich ist, sich eine Tasse Tee einzugießen, ohne den meisten Tee auf die Tischdecke zu gießen. Bitte aussortieren!!! Im Saunabereich fielen Personen auf, die bekleidet in den Whirlpool bzw. in die Sauna gegangen sind. Es bedarf wohl deutlicherer Hinweise, dass der Saunabereich eine textilfreie Zone ist.

Sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Begrüßung beim Check-In sowie beim Check-Out. Live Koch beim Frühstücksbuffet und das darauf geachtet wurde ob alles fürs Wohlbefinden in Ordnung sei. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Wunderschöner Ausblick vom Balkonzimmer. Sehr gute Lage des Hotels. Sehr gute Stimmung (Musik, Tanzen etc.) am Abend.

Incredible from start to finish.

Beautiful property with staff that go out of their way to assist. Food was top notch, both in terms of variety and quality. Could not be closer to the gondola. Wonderful kids playroom and pool area. Oh, and the views... amazing. Already looking into reservations for next ski season. A+.

Pers.Einsatz der Familienmitglieder top. Personal: nur einige wenige entsprechen den Anfordrungen (4s), Sauna ausser Kontrolle-jeder Gast macht was er will. (Aufgüsse, Handy, Wäschehaufen,..). Küche hat noch viel Luft nach oben ,das "superieur" ist maximal übertrieben.

Fantastisk skiferie

Dejligt hotel med rigtig god morgen og aftensmad beliggende lige ved siden af skiliften. Yderst venlige og imødekommende personale. Fint værelse med gode senge men dog et lidt lille badeværelse, men dejligt rent og en skøn altan

Very peaceful and relaxing!

We had a very relaxing stay at the end of our travel around Europe for a month. The view was amazing and the spa was one of the best I’ve been to. It also has a very good value half board offer, food is good. The service was very good, all the staff are friendly and nice. They even gave us a little gift when we checked out and some water for the road. The owner personally shook our hands to thank us and wished us a safe trip, lovely gesture.

Fantastiskt utsikt och mycket för barnen

Mycket att göra för barnen. Lekrum, pool och underhållning. Låg lite avsides från mataffärer men fantastisk utsikt! Personalen pratade bäst tyska men förstod engelska ändå. De flesta var trevliga och särskilt receptionen var mycket välkomnande.
