"Fantastic hotel. I feel myself like a knight in a castle. Looks nice, many times I lost in the hotel going for breakfast or back to the room. A real labyrinth. Staff is very kind and friendly. Restaurant is the icing on the cake. Room was clean, and big. The only small negativ was the shower."

"I stayed for business, the hotel is in great condition and the place is very clean. The desk gets to be a bit overcrowded at times. My biggest issue was that the air conditioning did not do much (typical Italian Hotel). It was quite warm and my room was too hot. People are very friendly and I will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips outside of Summer."

"This was a great hotel in close Proximity to the Milan Centrale Station. It was so quiet and we slept all night! It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast that is included was very good. The staff were so nice. I only give 4 stars for the fact that the upholstery on the headboard was coming detached and had staples exposed. A small child could get pricked, but we just watched ourself. Otherwise FIVE stars from us!"

"We were so amazed with the room , the lobby area, and Martina was excellent proving very important information. Did i mention that the room was beautifully decorated; i felt I was sleeping on a musean. I do so recommend the hotel. Hey be careful because you sre going to fall in love with the hotel. "
