"We had a pleasant stay at Melia Villa overall. The staff at the Residence Suite was excellent — very friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. They truly made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. However, due to the low number of Villa guests during our stay, the Villa breakfast area was closed. As a result, all guests had to use the main breakfast area, which became very crowded and less relaxing than expected. While we understand the operational decision, it did affect the overall breakfast experience. That said, the service from the staff remained outstanding, and we still enjoyed our stay."
