The pool was nice. There are several pools. The room was great other than there a 2 tv's in the room and only thai channels. Breakfast was ok. It seemed there was only western options other than some fried rice.

The hotel was nice and the rooms had air conditioning which was an absolute lifesaver, that being said, the side of pa tong that is nearby Pa Tong beach is horribly unsanitary. There is garbage everywhere on the side of the streets and it smells so bad you feel nauseous just walking down the road.

The Natural Resort is a good option for those who enjoy a drink or two. Close to Bangla Road and has a charming night market nearby. What did concern me, however, were the bugs... We had a bug infestation on our table so we could not leave any kind of unfinished food even wrapped up in our room, as the bugs would find a way into the snacks. The bed sheets were changed once during our 5 nights and the floor was only cleaned once. Our shower stopped draining, but maintenence came to the room very quickly upon request. They fixed it quickly and were very professional! Cats roamed around the resort, which was a bonus. They were very friendly and didn't bother anyone from what I could see. The shower was stuck on one temperature (lukewarm), but it wasn't a huge issue, given the climate of Thailand. Overall, it was a decent stay with a cleanliness issue. Would stay there again, but only if they improve their hygiene standards!

Not worth the money at all. Do not stay here. The safe in the room was locked. AC stopped working. No help from reception. 2 PM means 2 PM, they won’t let you check in a minute before. Be careful if you go, they will try and charge you extra unnecessary. Just say no.

I booked for 2 days and decided to book for 2 more. Both through Expedia. I showed the my second booking and was told I could leave my stuff in the room and everything would be good. I went on a boat tour and returned to the hotel late. When I got to my room, all my bags were gone. In a panic I went back to reception and found out they had gone in my room and packed up all my things and brought them back to reception. I never really got a straight answer as to why this happened, but I was given a drastically inferior room. I really didn't appreciate the going through my stuff and bringing it back to reception. Based on this I change my rating from a 4 to a 2.

Great Place

Friendly personnel, great location, bungalows are new which makes it pleasant to stay. The only thing to outline is WiFi, purchased for extra money it wasn't working well, so I gave up using WiFi.

Nice Experience

Called up a day before checkin and the staff confirmed the booking.The ambience is very good and the hotel is located near to Patong beach. Staff were very courteous, helped me in booking the taxi for 4 am pickup to airport. Should provide Wifi service in the room, as of now wifi can be accessed only in reception area.

It was good for the price. The wifi didnt work really well. Breakfast was the same everyday and the eggs were always cold like they were cooked the day before and refridgerated. Staff were very friendly especially Gee who owns the bar in reception.
